Art Is for Everyone
No matter who you are or what you do, I believe there's a form of art that you can identify with. For me, that's basically fashion and body modification in the form of tattoos and piercings. I understand and accept the fact that this is not for everyone, and I'm happy to be in spaces where each can have their own.
Take a look around you, in a kind of meditation if you will. Is there something that makes you feel calm and at peace, or excited and invigorated? Is there something that makes you wonder; rousing that familiar curiosity that we all had as children? That's likely your chosen art form, and maybe you can benefit from interacting with it more. Safely and mindfully, of course (ALWAYS aim for demure!)
I love discovering new experiences, but there's always a limit. You ought to have one as well if you want to keep the risks manageable. So go out there and look at what your environment offers you. You can also use the internet for this, but remember that this may come with a risk of addiction; I'm talking about social media for the most. In my opinion, the most fulfilling art to indulge in is that which you can physically interact with, so feel free to use that as a guide.
